The charge isn't that noticeable, especially since it charges while you shoot normal tears, and the item itself is all around great. This one is no exception, and is definitely one of my favorite Afterbirth items (Devil Deals really got some great new stuff that they really didn't need, didn't they?). I'm a huge fan of the majority of the charge items, as are most of us, just because they tend to be pretty damn great.
